Hi Stephen, a short note, to thank you for a wonderful meal last night, which both Rosana and I thoroughly enjoyed. The setting is delightful and the ambience perfect - Gibraltar as it used to be! The food was particularly good. Impressive starters, beef and tuna cooked to perfection, and equally good deserts. We chose the Cune Crianza wine, which I felt went very well with our chosen meals.I really do hope the Summer Barbecues are successful for the Hotel - they deserve to be. A wonderful, and civilised, night out. I should'nt be saying this, but "word of mouth" could be the best form of advertising. Rest assured that Rosana and I will definitely be spreading the word.
