Our award-winning Executive Chef, Alfred Rodriguez, has been with The Rock Hotel for over 40 years and during this time has inspired the restaurant’s cuisine mutations whilst preserving it’s classic and traditional essence. He not only finds it rewarding and therapeutic to make all of our pasta completely from scratch, his technique is skilful in creating a superior taste and texture. He believes in food that is fresh, healthy and adaptable to the array of personal dietary requirements.
