You are able to check in at any time, however, please note that your room is not guaranteed to be ready until 15:00hrs. You are more than welcome to leave your luggage with our reception team and enjoy our facilities until your room is ready, or alternatively go out and explore for the day.
When checking in please have ready your passports and a credit/debit card.
Note that the credit/debit card provided upon arrival will be charged for the full amount of your accommodation, unless you have already prepaid – in which they will be used for guarantee purposes against for any extras that may be incurred during your stay.
Your room must be vacated promptly by 11:00hrs. Should you wish to store your luggage during the day, we have a luggage room where you may store your belongings, and of course you may still enjoy our facilities until you leave.
It is sometimes possible to check in early however this is subject to availability and at an additional fee. To ensure your room is ready upon arrival, we recommend you reserve the room one night in advance.
We are unable to guarantee a late check out, as this is subject to availability and at an extra fee on the day prior to departure. Please liaise with our reception team who will gladly advise whether it will be possible.
Alternatively, if your room is unavailable, we have a luggage room where you may store your belongings, and of course you may still use our facilities.
Are your rooms sea facing?
We are pleased to confirm that all rooms in the hotel are sea view facing.
What room facilities are there?
All our rooms include a hairdryer, bathrobes, an in-room mini fridge, remote control A/C, flat screen TV’s, double glazed windows, tea and coffee making facilities and complimentary toiletries such as shampoo and body gel.
Guests are also able to enjoy FREE Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. An iron and ironing board are available on request.
When will the swimming pool be open?
Our saltwater swimming pool, which is located across the road from the hotel, is open annually from April to October – weather permitting.
Is smoking permitted?
We are a non-smoking hotel; however, smoking is possible only in the designated smoking areas outside of the hotel.
Are pets allowed?
We do not allow pets at the hotel.
Is there parking available?
We have parking available which is located across the road from the hotel (next to the swimming pool) as well on the hill leading up to the hotel entrance which is free of charge to our residents. Note that parking is subject to availability, and no reserve necessary.

To avoid clamping, please ensure to display the parking pass on the windscreen of your car. If a vehicle is left in the hotel parking lot after the guest has departed without the written consent of the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to have the vehicle towed at the owner’s expense.
Do you have a gym?
Unfortunately, at present we do not have gym facilities in our hotel.
How do I get from the airport to the hotel?
We do have a transfer service to and from the airport priced at £10 per person, each way. Should you wish to book this, you may do so on the following website https://www.gibraltarshuttle.com/or alternatively our reception or reservations department will be happy to book it for you. Alternatively, there are taxis available outside the airport. The hotel is a 5-10 minute drive from the airport/border, depending on traffic.
What currency do I use in Gibraltar?
Our main currency is the pound sterling (Both British and Gibraltarian notes/coins are accepted). We do accept Euros, however your change will be in sterling at the hotel’s exchange rate.
What voltage is used at the hotel?
Our rooms have standard 240V British 3 pin plug sockets.
