Deposit amounts are as follows; The Khaima: £1,200 || The Victory Suite with adjoining Sunset Terrace: £1,200 ||The Ceremony Room: £390. These prices are valid for 2023 and are subject to change.

The deposit is non-refundable.

1 month before your wedding day, we need to be made aware of the number of guaranteed guests that will be attending as well as their dietary requirements. Payment must also be made by that time. This ensures we have everything in place and can focus on all the final touches or any last-minute changes.

We have free parking at the hotel that is subject to availability.

We have three beautiful and private venues available for you to choose from depending on what it is you’re looking for; The Khaima, The Ceremony Room, The Victory Suite and the adjoining Sunset Terrace. The Khaima, our authentic, stunning and spacious Moroccan marquee is located next to the pool in a shaded and quiet area of the hotel, and provides the perfect venue to create that exclusive and uniquely magical ambience. Emanating a timeless elegance, The Victory Suite and the adjoining Sunset Terrace boast unparalleled views of Gibraltar’s magnificent seascape and the Rif Mountains of Morocco in the distance, providing a spectacular experience for you and your guests. For a more intimate Wedding, The Ceremony Room is a romantic and memorable spot offering the same jaw dropping views across the bay of Gibraltar.

During the summer months, from April 1st to October 31st, the pool decking can be hired for private use from 20:45. During daytime the pool area is open to all hotel residents. During Winter months the pool is not open, so the pool decking is not subject to these time restrictions. Please be aware that no decorations are allowed near the pool area. These include candles among other decorations.

We are somewhat flexible and do our utmost to accommodate your needs. Generally, capacities are as follows.
Victory Suite / Sunset Terrace
Min. 40 with 140 people seated in the Victory Suite.
Min. 40 people with max. 70 people seated on the Terrace for ceremonies.
