Our award-winning Executive Chef, Alfred Rodriguez, has been with The Rock Hotel for over 50 years and during this time has inspired the restaurant’s cuisine whilst preserving it’s classic essence. He continues to make all of our pasta completely from scratch. He believes in food that is fresh, healthy and adaptable to the array of personal dietary requirements.
Ravioli is an authentic Italian cuisine popular for its unique shape and rich taste. Our signature ravioli is filled with wild mushroom and topped with truffle. Although served as a starter, please ask your waiter for a main portion if you want a little extra.
