• Sustainable Tourism Tax (STT): Please note that the rate does not include the Government of Gibraltar Sustainable Tourism Tax. An additional £3.50 per person, per day will be added to your final bill and must be settled at the hotel upon check-in.

• Payment: A valid credit card is required to secure the reservation. The rate is pre-paid on booking and non-refundable. Cancellations or modifications are not permitted.

Excursion Disclaimer

Outdoor activities, including the Rock Tour and Dolphin Watching boat trip, are subject to favourable weather conditions and minimum participation numbers. In the event of adverse weather, sea conditions, or unforeseen site closures (e.g., Nature Reserve restrictions), the hotel and tour operators reserve the right to cancel or reschedule. If an excursion is cancelled by the operator and cannot be rescheduled during your stay, a credit or alternative service may be offered; however, no refunds are provided for the accommodation portion of the package.
